If your device is older, use the web browser instead — it requires no installation.

Common installation issues and solutions

On Android, if the APK does not install, ensure "Unknown Sources" is enabled in your device settings (Settings → Security → Unknown Sources). Some Android versions hide this option; if so, go to Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps, find your browser, and toggle it on. If you receive a certificate warning, this is normal for direct APK installations; tap "Install anyway" to proceed. On iOS, if the web app does not add to home screen, restart Safari, clear your browser cache, then return to mawarroto.id and try again. If the app crashes on launch, restart your device and reinstall. Contact our support team in Jakarta, Surabaya, or Bandung if the issue persists.

Permissions, Data, and Account Security

Our mawarroto app requests permission to access your device's internet connection (required for deposits, bets, and withdrawals), storage (for offline cache and logs), and notifications (for live updates on Liga 1 matches, Piala Indonesia tournaments, and cashback rewards). We do not access your camera, contacts, or location. Your personal data (email, username, verification documents) is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data to third parties.
